1) Serving airline model collectors around the world is what I do for a living, and it is my primary dedication besides my family. I am here for my customers seven days a week, unlike many other model retailers who have other employment and obligations. Since 1994 I have personally inspected and shipped nearly a half million models to collectors in over 40 countries, and I will continue to be here for my customers for years to come.

2) You can choose your payment date! I don't utilize automated payments whether by credit card or Paypal. Which also means you are not paying for future releases months ahead of time. If you need your payment to coincide with your next credit card statement, or for whatever reason you need it delayed up to 30 days, just let me know. Layaway is also available with a 1/2 down payment and final payment due within 30 days.

3) Your model purchases are packed with the goal of providing the highest level of protection possible using whichever packing material that you choose during checkout. All exterior box flap seams are fully secured with Scotch 3M professional packing tape to ensure maximum box strength for your investment. We do not use flimsy USPS tape, nor the cheap thin cellophane tape. I spend over $1,000 a year on brand new boxes, bubblewrap and styrofoam peanuts and all shipments are marked as 'fragile'. For the past 15 years we have over a 99.5% success rate for packages arriving at our customers doorstep intact.

4) In order to offer the best value possible, I often buy preowned models from collectors and resell them here for very attractive prices. Please take a moment to view the list at (http://www.jetwaymodels.com/Models/COL.html). The list is updated about every 10 days. If you have 5 or more models that you wish to sell or trade then please send a complete list to me via email at 'Nick@JetwayModels.com'.

5) All models that arrive here are visually checked for any obvious problems. In addition, all diecast 1:200 models, as well as all models leaving the U.S., are more closely inspected outside of their box. If you find any obvious problem on your model then please contact me immediately at 'Nick@JetwayModels.com'.

6) You can add to or subtract from your order anytime by simply letting me know via email. This is a great way to save on shipping costs. However, If you are adding more than 1 item then I ask that you utilize the website shopping cart and include a note that you want to combine orders.

7) Our website is updated at least 6 days a week and usually several times a day based on the latest information available from our suppliers. We are the only retailer that lists every brands' products on one page for fast browsing. Just use the 'page down' or 'page up' keys to swiftly see each brands' entire listing. Use 'CTRL+F' to search any page for any search term you can think of.

8) Are you tired of getting newsletters about future releases in a scale that you have no interest in? If you buy only 1:200 models from us, then you will only get email updates about 1:200 releases. Same goes for 1:400 and 1:500. Even better news is that you will only see one to three email newsletters from us each month complete with prices and links that will take you straight to the shopping cart. We will not bombard you with weekly emails about every single new release or model arrival because we know and respect how valuable your time is.

9) All email correspondence is answered within two business days and quite often within several hours (during normal business hours). Please note that Hotmail and AOL are very notorious for filtering out valid emails so please check your spam or bulk email folder for a response from me before resending your message.

10) We offer a convenient and comprehensive 'in house' insurance option for a 5% fee of the model costs. Just tick the box on the shopping cart titled 'Full Coverage Insurance'. In the case of damage all you have to do is send me an email with a photo attached showing the damage. In the case of your shipment not arriving within two weeks (U.S. destinations), or one month (for international destinations) then we will refund the model cost or replace the item at our discretion. 11) Are your model purchases limited to those under $100? If you buy from a retailer who offers free shipping to the big spenders then it is highly likely that you are subsidizing somebody else's free shipping by paying both higher model and postage costs than you would with us here. Unfortunately, that free shipping is also quite often associated with sub-standard packing materials and practices, and they are limited to being shipped by ground transport. The shipping costs for each order placed here are nearly always below what the actual cost is, so you never have to worry about being over-charged for shipping.

12) I personally handle all of the communication and operations here. Your order will never be handled by someone who has no idea about the products or who has no vested interest in our hobby. I have been an airline enthusisast for 40 years, a model collector for 20 years, and formally an Air Traffic Controller for 16 years. I care immensely about aviation and all the aspects of our hobby.
